Hire terms

Hire time is for a block 5 hours, more blocks can be added at 1 hour blocks.

All hire will be accompanied by an opperator and or rigger who will be present throughout the hire period.

The hire comes will full set up and opperation.

Travel to venue will need to be worked and costs will be given. First 15 miles is included in hire.

Minimum of  £150 hire charge.

If additional programming of any moving lights are required, this will be at an extra cost and will be on an hour by hour basis depending on complexness of programming.

Smoke fluid will be of a litre and  more fluid can be added at extra cost. (1 ltr will last most jobs)

Please make sure your insurance covers accident or injury caused by equipment. (costs are kept down by seeking your own or venue insurance) And will be asked to sign an indemnity against accidents and or injury.

On rigging the lighting we will be required to be able to gain access to the venue at least 2 hours prior to the public entry.

Rig down time is usually an hour due to cooling of lamps and disassembly of rig.

All times stated for rigging and rig down is based on a band or large disco set up. Smaller set ups will require less time.

All equipment will have passed an electrical and mechanical test prior to use.
